Tipping the Scale

Yesterday, I traveled to HealthPark, the hospital where James was born. We went to see Van. She was our childbirth educator, doula and is also my lactation consultant. It was great to see her since the last time we saw her was almost 8 weeks ago when James joined us. My how time flies! Anyway, while we were there Van brought out the scale and we put James on to see what he is up to. The scale kept going up and up and up. Finally, it stopped on 11 lbs, 13.9 oz! He is sure to hit the 12 lb mark before he turns 2 months old next Monday.
