Today is Conner's birthday. We had some family and friends over to celebrate. I try to keep the guest list to a minimum- for kids that is. Conner seems to be happier when there are 10 or less kids in his space. He chose Toy Story for his theme this year. His birthday cake was a long work in progress. My first attempt involved egg replacer which did not work at all. The cake completely fell apart when I went to take it out of the pan. So, I broke out one of the egg-less cake recipes that General Mills mailed to me. It was double chocolate. I didn't hear any complaints so it must have been pretty good.
