Can you believe Shannen is one month old? I certainly can't! It seems like yesterday that we brought her home from the hospital. I am learning all over again what I shouldn't be eating while nursing. After several nights of struggling to get her to settle down and go to sleep I am avoiding garlic, other spices and most vegetables. Whatever makes me gassy is also making her gassy.
